My experience with Empower Services was great. I called their number on a weekday and they had same-day availability. When my HVAC issue returned the next week, I was able to schedule Monday mid-morning.

My central heat was turning on for about 20 minutes and then shutting off, leaving the house extremely cold. On Monday, I was met by their HVAC tech, Jerry. He was friendly and professional, and before going in he put on boot covers to keep the house clean—my wife and I really appreciated that.

Jerry made a few trips outside to his car, then checked the attic, turned the heat on, and ran tests. He explained that the blower motor was part of the issue, and he showed me that one out of three components wasn’t working. He also took a video of the inducer, which was grinding and making loud sounds. He recommended replacing the inducer soon.

While he was onsite, I approved the replacement and he said he’d pick up the parts from the warehouse and install them the same day. After he replaced the inducer and another needed part, we tested the heat and it warmed the house quickly. It was back up and better than before—faster heating and much quieter. He also cleaned out an old, dusty component outside.

I’d recommend Empower Services and call them again for HVAC issues. Thank you for getting our heat working!

We had Empower Services come out to fix our air conditioning issue. Technician Anthony arrived on-time, was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem quickly, and got it working again fast. We’ll definitely keep using them for our heating and cooling needs in the future.

I’ve had a great experience with Empower when my old A/C unit went out in the middle of August. They arrived within 12 hours and had everything up and running quickly. I knew I would need to replace it the following year, so I had Empower come out for a quote. I received a reasonable price for a brand-new Trane with installation included.

Empower was very efficient during the install, and my new system runs great. I can’t thank them enough.

Great company to have on your job. My A/C went out during the hottest part of July, so I called Empower. They tested the unit to verify what was wrong, and the compressor was fried.

I got a quote for a new unit, and it was installed and running by 5 p.m. the next day. I was a little lucky they had my unit in stock, but the turnaround was still very impressive.

Prices were great, and the service was awesome!

They were great. Unlike so many companies in Denver, they showed up and on time.

I also had a job that was estimated at 6–8 hours but ended up taking just under 12. Even though there’s no way they weren’t frustrated - especially with a lot of the work involving being on my roof in 100-degree weather - they stayed polite and kept working without stopping.

It’s great having my air back on with my new system, and I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs!

We were having issues keeping one side of our house cooled so called Empower Services. Their entire staff from Alex who took our call to the tech Jason, were friendly, professional, and showed genuine concern about our discomfort. Jason was at our house at 6:50 pm for a 7:00 appt. and was here until nearly 9:00 trouble shooting and making sure everything was running smoothly. Don’t waste your time calling anyone else, their price was amazing and we couldn’t be happier.

Empower are simply the best! Recently bought a home in Bailey, and needed to replace both of my air conditioning units and both furnaces. Got a great price on my estimate, and they had the work done in less than a day. The guys were super friendly and professional, and there was no mess. So glad I chose Empower for this big job.
